Shimer Landscape has merged with Tomlinson Bomberger Lawn Care, Landscape & Pest Control, Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ) reported. Both companies are based in Lancaster County, Pa.
Chris Shimer, owner of Shimer Landscape, is now an account manager for Tomlinson. The merged companies will be a full-service operation.
“We look forward to hopefully continuing his client base,” Tomlinson Vice President and General Manager Don Long told CPBJ. “He’s established a nice base of business. He’s been in business over 28 years.”
Tomlinson ranks No. 134 on the 2015 LM150 list of largest landscape companies with 2014 revenue of $9.4 million. The company has about 100 employees, according to CPBJ.
