The Irrigation Foundation is now accepting applications from students and faculty for the 2017 Irrigation E3 program.
Winners will be able to participate in educational classes, technical sessions, irrigation seminars, networking events and the exhibit hall during the 2017 Irrigation Show and Education Conference to be held in Orlando, Fla., Nov. 6-10.
Students will be given the chance to meet and learn from top professionals in the irrigation industry. Students who are currently taking or have taken a class with an irrigation emphasis at a North American technical college, community college or university and have not been a winner before are encouraged to apply to become E3 learners.
Faculty are encouraged to apply to attend the show to participate in classes, industry sessions and networking events. Irrigation instructors at a North American technical college, community college or university are encouraged to review the program details. Irrigation instructors from a U.S. institution of higher learning also can apply to be Irrigation E3 leaders.
Both E3 learners and leaders may apply for a travel grant, which covers travel expenses to this year’s Irrigation Show. Preference is given to faculty members who receive partial assistance from their schools.
Student and faculty applications are due Sept. 15.
