Noon Turf Care acquired the lawn care division of Driven Landscapes. Owned and operated by Jonathan Orcutt, Driven Landscapes has serviced residential customers in South Eastern Massachusetts for more than a decade.
“We are very excited to welcome Driven Landscape’s customers to our family business,” said CEO Christopher Noon. “Orcutt has built a phenomenal business, and by Noon Turf Care acquiring his lawn care division he can now focus on his company’s core strength of landscape maintenance and construction.”
The acquisition comes on the heels of Noon Turf Care’s creation of a new pest prevention division in Marlborough, Mass., at the beginning of the month. The division offers services such as insect and rodent control, termite treatments and bed bug control.
Noon said the division has been “years in the making.”
“We are looking forward to delivering the same level of professionalism and quality to the pest control industry as we have in the lawn care industry,” he said. “We have recruited and hired a fantastic team of pest control professionals with a combined 100 years of experience in pest control.”
To accommodate its expansion and new service offering, the company intends to open a Boston North service center March 15. Brian Sabine was appointed to manger of the service center, which is located in Tewksbury, Mass., to serve clients in Essex, Suffolk and parts of Middlesex counties.
