LMN, a provider of B2B landscape business management software, announced the release of LMN 19.10 at GIE+EXPO.
The new software features:
- A new customer relationship management (CRM) app;
- Updated time-tracking to LMN Time, including a new version of the app; and
- Faster scheduling options.
The updated CRM app will enable users to manage customer data anywhere. Users are able to review communication history, create new leads, assign tasks and attach driving directions to a job.

With LMN’s app — LMN Time — punch-in times have been reduced by half and employees are able to review schedules, the company said. Administrators are alerted to errors with intelligent payroll warnings. The app is also now available in Spanish and French.
Also getting an update is LMN’s scheduling function, making it possible for administrators to schedule a season’s worth of work quickly. They can schedule multiple services at once and up to five years in advance.
New partnership
LMN also recently announced a partnership with Muir & Associates, a QuickBooks solution provider, to offer education on QuickBooks software and support for LMN subscribers. Integration with QuickBooks for LMN’s subscriptions include syncing of estimates, timesheets and invoices.
Online learning
LMN has also launched LMN Academy, an online portal for landscape professionals to learn how to use the software. LMN will begin offering web-based courses in addition to its classroom-based training, workshops, certifications and more in November.
