NALP accepting session proposals for Elevate

The National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) is now accepting session proposals for Elevate, its national conference and expo for landscape maintenance, design build and lawn care professionals, taking place Nov. 2-5, 2025, in Phoenix, Ariz.

Industry experts, thought leaders and innovators are invited to submit proposals to share their insights, strategies and solutions with an audience of top landscape professionals. Elevate aims to provide a platform for engaging real-world education that empowers its 2,500 attendees to navigate industry challenges and drive success, according to the conference.

Speakers are encouraged to submit proposals for sessions on topics including these and more:

  • Leadership and management: Building strong teams, leadership development, strategic growth.
  • Technology and innovation: AI, automation, fleet technology, software integration.
  • Human resources and retention: Workforce planning, culture, training, recruitment strategies.
  • Business growth: Scaling, acquisitions, ownership transitions, financial success.
  • Sales and marketing: Branding, client engagement, digital marketing, sales tactics.
  • Finance and accounting: Profitability, financial literacy, automation, key decision-making.
  • Operations and risk management: Safety culture, legal considerations, fleet management.
  • Sustainability: Climate impact, water management, eco-friendly practices, electrification.
