Munro Pump Co. hired Kevin Johnson as its new national sales manager.
Johnson brings more than 25 years of experience in the irrigation industry to his new position. He has worked as a contractor, in distribution, as an irrigation consultant and in various sales and marketing positions with a major irrigation equipment manufacturer.
“We are confident Kevin Johnson can make significant contributions to the growth and expansion of our company and our brand,” said Gail Mueller, general manager of Munro. “He will help us build a stronger sales team and will grow our collaborative partnerships with key customers. He brings strategic thinking, a passion for customer focus and an in-depth understand of the irrigation market to this critical role.”
Johnson holds an associate of science in arboriculture and park management and a BS in environmental design from the University of Massachusetts. He also earned Irrigation Association certifications as an irrigation designer, irrigation contractor, landscape irrigation auditor, golf course irrigation auditor and landscape water manager.
