Monster Tree Service, a Fort Washington, Pa.-based tree service franchise, added 11 new franchises and expanded to 26 new territories across the U.S. between Jan. 1 and June 30. The additions increase the number of open locations by 77 percent, according to the company.
“I am very proud of what our team has accomplished, and we’re just getting started in 2018,” said Josh Skolnick, CEO of Monster Tree Service. “Monster Tree Service is growing quickly because of our quality customer service and great attention to detail. Our franchise partners are working hard to help make Monster Tree Service a household name, and I’m excited to see our growth continue as we enter Q3.”
With more than 330 leads generated already in 2018, Monster Tree Service has already surpassed the 223 total leads generated in 2017 by a wide margin.
The company has finalized 15 franchise deals covering 32 territories in the first six months of 2018 alone. By the end of the year, an additional 20 franchise agreements and 43 new territories are expected to close, bringing the total to an estimated 35 franchise agreements across 75 territories for the year.
Monster Tree Service has also experienced 250 percent three-year growth and 127 percent growth in Q1 of 2018. The company also reports eight consecutive years of year-over-year growth for the franchise system.
Skolnick says he aims to reach $20 million in systemwide sales for 2018 (representing a 70 percent year-over-year increase) and expects to hit the $100 million sales mark by 2021.
