LMC expands footprint in Houston market

|

Lawn Management Co. (LMC), Houston, has completed the acquisition of Perennial Landscaping, a wholly owned subsidiary of a large Texas real estate development company. The acquisition expands LMC’s footprint in the commercial class A segment of the Houston market. Terms were not disclose.

“This acquisition makes sense for both of us,” LMC President Brad Cox said. “We have the management systems they lacked, and they wanted to focus more on their core competency—real estate development. We look forward to continuing to support the parent company as they develop and manage new commercial real estate here in the Houston market and beyond.”

3PG Consulting was the lead advisor for LMC in making the acquisition.
