LawnPro Partners, a platform focused on residential lawn care treatment, tree, shrub and pest control services and backed by HCI Equity Partners, made its seventh acquisition with Highest Quality Lawn & Pest. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Based in Manchester, N.H., Highest Quality provides lawn care treatment and tree, shrub and pest control services to New Hampshire and Massachusetts residential customers. The acquisition is LawnPro’s first in New Hampshire, expanding its geographic footprint in New England.

President of Highest Quality, Matthew Scott, will continue to run the day-to-day operations after the transaction.

HCI intends to make significant investments in people, infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions for the LawnPro Partners platform. The firm welcomes inquiries from lawn care treatment businesses interested in becoming part of the platform. Quarles & Brady served as legal counsel to HCI.
