LawnPRO Partners, majority-owned by HCI Equity Partners, acquired Massachusetts-based Sea of Green Lawn Care. Sea of Green has served the north shore of Massachusetts and New Hampshire for more than 30 years.
Sea of Green has operated as a family business providing lawn care services since beginning operations in 1992. Sea of Green offers lawn treatments including fertilization, aeration and seeding. The company also specializes in pest control solutions targeting ticks, mosquitoes and perimeter pests. Sea of Green has a lawn care program that is all-encompassing and designed to provide complete care for weed control, turf growth, pH levels and overall health of turf and soil, according to the company.
