Landscape Workshop, a commercial grounds management and landscaping company, acquired Willis Landscaping (“Willis”), a provider of landscaping services in Lynchburg, Va. This acquisition, Landscape Workshop’s fifth in Virginia, strengthens the company’s foothold in Lynchburg, Roanoke and Charlottesville, furthering its mission to deliver commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services across the region.
This acquisition supports Landscape Workshop’s goal of offering grounds management services while expanding its presence into new markets.

The acquisition is part of Landscape Workshop’s ongoing expansion strategy. The company operates in 40 markets across the Southeast, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
