The majority of that time he spent as an estimator for Bodine’s Landscape Services, an Alabama landscaping company. Martin developed LandOne from his years of experience to finally provide the industry with the practical tool it needs to bid and manage projects.
Bob Maffei
Bob Maffei recently stepped down as CEO of the Cape Cod company he started 30 years ago and ultimately sold, Maffei Landscape Contractors, in order to devote himself fully to his new venture, The Maffei Cos. The Maffei Cos is a consulting firm dedicated to helping landscaping companies scale their business and take their development to the next level.
Toby Massengale
For the last 30 years, Toby Massengale has been CEO of Massengale Grounds Management. Massengale focused on the commercial side of the landscaping industry, serving businesses all over southern Louisiana. In 2018, Massengale Grounds Management was purchased by Rotolo Consultants, which expanded operations throughout the state.
Ben Collinsworth
Ben Collinsworth is general manager at Yellowstone Landscape, a company of roughly 4,000, which operates in several states around the U.S. Before that, he was the CEO of Native Land Design, a landscaping company he founded. After the merger with Yellowstone, he continued to hone his skills, and he’s been actively involved in the company’s development in the region.
John Munie
John Munie is president and founder of Focal Pointe Outdoor Solutions., one of the St. Louis area’s top commercial and residential landscaping firms. Munie has built a people-first culture at Focal Pointe, resulting in recognition as a top workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, high client loyalty and award-winning quality. Focal Pointe was founded in 1998 and has been on the LM150 list since 2017.
Jeff Harkness
Jeff Harkness is the founder and managing-partner at Three Point Group, a consulting firm focused on mergers and acquisitions in the landscape industry. More than 30 companies have launched successful growth campaigns under his guidance and philosophy that growing business for the sake of growth is a bad strategy. Growing a business in a manner that allows the business to be sold one day creates wealth.
Mike Rorie
Mike Rorie is CEO of GIS Dynamics. He has been a figure in the commercial grounds and landscape management industry for 30 years. GIS Dynamics provides branded websites for GoiPave.com and GoiLawn.com among others. Before that, he served as president of Groundmasters and division vice president of The Brickman Group.
