Jeremy Kingsley and Scott Steinberg will be the keynote speakers during Cultivate’16, which will be held July 9-12, in Columbus, Ohio.
Kingsley’s presentation, “Inspired People Produce Results,” will focus on the connection between effective leaders and success. The presentation will highlight essential principles and skills for effective leadership, including patience, loyalty, personal attention, integrity and how to inspire others.
Author and strategic consultant Scott Steinberg will share “Leading with Innovation: How to Future-Proof Yourself, Fearlessly Innovate and Succeed in the New Normal” for his keynote address. During his presentation, Steinberg will discuss how to thrive in the new operating reality, create competitive advantage and successfully leverage new leadership strategies to adapt to changing times.
Cultivate’16, the largest horticultural industry event in North America, will feature more than 120 educational sessions and an eight-acre exhibition area. Registration opens March 8.
