KeyServ, a landscape services firm operating across the Southeast, acquired Landmark Landscape Group. The move expands KeyServ’s presence in the Birmingham, Ala. market and bolsters its landscape services in the Southeastern U.S.

Guy Roemen and Randy Williams founded Landmark Landscape Group in 2011. The company provides full-service landscape installation and maintenance services to an expanding base of residential and commercial clients in the region. While Williams retired in 2019, Roemen will continue to run Landmark from within KeyServ Co.
