|
The latest acquisitions from Juniper Landscaping Juniper Landscaping expand the company's footprint to 28 branch locations across Florida and Texas.

Juniper Landscaping, No. 18 on the 2023 LM150 list of the top landscaping companies in the country, acquired Rip’s Professional Lawn Care in Panama City, Fla. and Elegant Landscape & Design in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. The additions expand Juniper’s footprint to 28 branch locations across Florida and Texas.

The partnership with Rip’s facilitates the company’s expansion into the Florida panhandle market. Rip’s President, James “Rip” Thompson, will continue to lead the branch with support from Juniper’s corporate team.

“Rip has an excellent reputation for providing premium service in Panama City and neighboring markets,” said Brandon Duke, CEO of Juniper. “Whether an HOA, institution or government entity, Juniper is actively looking for new partnerships in Panama City and surrounding areas and we have the capacity to service a project of any size.”

Juniper’s partnership with Elegant further expands its leading presence in the Palm Beach market. Founded in 2015, Elegant serves the upscale communities of Palm Beach. Elegant’s Co-Owner, Joe Morello, will continue to manage the branch with support from the Juniper team.

“Partnering with Elegant allows us to build upon and expand our strong current presence in the Palm Beach market,” said Duke. “Eric and Joe have done a remarkable job growing this business and we are excited to welcome their team to the Juniper family.”

In addition to the acquisitions, Juniper also finalized a major installation design, build and maintenance contract with the Tyndall Air Force base in Panama City.

“After several years working through concept and construction plans, Juniper is excited to announce an agreement to be the landscape contractor for the Tyndall Air Force Base. This project will take approximately three years to complete and will provide a strong foundation for further growth in the panhandle,” said Dan deMont, chief revenue officer of Juniper.

The moves follow several previous moves by Juniper including the addition of Shooter and Lindsey, Flawless Lawncare & Landscaping, Yohe’s Lawn Care & Landscape and an investment from Bregal Partners.
