Juniper Landscaping of Fort Meyers, Fla., acquired the assets of Green Source Landscape & Sports Turf in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The company said this marks the second acquisition in the area for Juniper and the third on the east coast of Florida.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Juniper Landscaping ranked No. 22 on the 2019 LM150 list with $71 million in 2018 annual revenue.
Juniper now employees more than 1,200 people in Florida in 10 branches.
