John Deere has introduced the 326 P-Tier Telescopic Compact Wheel Loader to its P-Tier compact equipment line. This new model shares a similar build and design with the 324 P-Tier Wheel Loader but includes a telescoping linkage for extended reach capabilities.

The 326 P-Tier features a telescopic lift arm that offers over 16 feet of reach, making it suitable for tight spaces while providing significant lifting power. The mini-joystick on the main control lever allows for easy operation of the telescopic arm.

Equipped with the Load Torque Indicator System, the loader provides visual and audible alarms if stability limits are exceeded during lifting, lowering, or extension. This system ensures that movements with the telescopic lift arms are only possible if they improve the stability of the load, enhancing safety and performance.

“Providing our customers with job site offerings that help boost operator confidence and machine capability are top priorities when introducing new, unique machines to our line-up of compact construction equipment,” Emily Pagura, product marketing manager at John Deere, said. “The debut of the 326 P-Tier not only emphasizes that commitment but also helps our customers take their work to new heights. This model is perfect for operators of all experience levels and is equipped with easily controllable telescopic arms and an intelligent overload warning system. With these features, the 326 P-Tier is a one-of-a-kind machine made for every job site needing extended reach.”

The 326 P-Tier cab is designed for comfort and ease of use. It features electrohydraulic controls that are customizable from a 9-inch touchscreen display. This display provides key information, including warnings, status, and machine-positioning details. The Auto Return-to-Dig and Auto Lift and Lower functions help reduce cycle times and increase productivity.

For improved visibility, the loader includes an overhead window with a dedicated wiper blade, optional boom-mounted lights, and LED lights. These features ensure operators can work confidently in challenging conditions.

The 326 P-Tier also features a standard top speed of 23 mph, allowing operators to move quickly between job sites. The Articulation Plus steering system offers 30 degrees of articulation plus 10 additional degrees of rear-wheel steering, making it highly maneuverable in tight spaces.
