Jobber, a provider of home service management software, launched several new features including online booking, automated customer quote follow-ups, integrations with marketing automation platform Mailchimp and online task automation tool Zapier.
These new integrations and features are offered as part of Jobber’s Grow plan, available in monthly and annual subscriptions.

With easy-to-use customized emails and social advertising options, owners can truly make their businesses stand out among the many landscape and lawn care companies homeowners have to choose from locally.”
Online booking
With the online booking feature, businesses have complete control over their schedules and can book jobs at times that are most convenient. Your company’s website, Facebook page and client hub in Jobber will host the registration form and provide existing and potential customers with date and time-of-day choices. When a new booking request is complete, a push notification and email are sent allowing the business to accept the work and follow up with the customer to confirm the appointment directly. The online booking feature includes a number of settings that can be customized to suit the business’ needs.
Customer quote follow-ups
With the automated quote follow-ups, businesses can stay in touch on outstanding work bids. This feature works seamlessly within a business’ workflow and operation to automatically send follow-up notes to potential customers on quotes that have not been addressed. Notes are sent through email or text, with the option to customize timing.
Email and postcard marketing
Businesses can send digital marketing emails, create targeted social media ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, build landing pages, send postcards and receive analytical insights through the Jobber platform.
Task automation
With Jobber’s integration with Zapier, businesses can save time by moving information automatically between Jobber and more than 1,500 web apps. These businesses can pass information from Jobber directly to their apps such as Google Docs, WordPress, Microsoft Office 365, Facebook pages and more. The integration eliminates prevents duplicate information.
