Available in wheeled and tracked models, JCB’s new Teleskid features an extendable, single-arm boom with a class-leading forward reach of 8-ft. and dump height of 13-ft. 3-in. This one-of-a-kind boom makes it possible to load high-sided trucks without a ramp, dig below grade, mow down slopes and reach across drainage ditches or 8-foot-wide trailers from one side. Contractors can also extend the Teleskid’s boom across sidewalks and curbs or over silt fences at construction sites. The machine’s 74hp/55kW JCB Ecomax provides class-leading torque at a low RPM without the need for a diesel particulate filter or after-treatment. Numerous attachments make the Teleskid even more versatile.
