IrriGreen welcomed three new members to its board of directors: Jack Judd, Carl Hung and Andy Vander Woude.
Gary Klinefelter, founder and CEO of IrriGreen, said of the designations, “As we bring our break-through, ecofriendly technology to the market, our board members bring us experience and expertise from their successful careers that will help us succeed.”
Judd is a CFO of Proto Labs in Maple Plain, Minn. He previously served as CFO for Compellent Technologies and ATS Medical. Judd has an M.B.A. and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Thomas University.
Hung is president and COO of Season Group International Co., headquartered in Hong Kong. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Hung has an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. He also is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
A technology executive and entrepreneur in Los Angeles, Vander Woude was the co-founder and CEO of Vast Enterprises. Before founding Vast in 2006, Vander Woude was a business unit manager at Fargo Electronics. He has a master of science in management from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at the University of South Dakota.
