Hunter Industries unveiled a A2C-LTE module that enables Centralus cloud management for ACC2 controllers via cellular technology.

The simple, compact cellular kit is easy to install and set up, according to the company. The module provides near instant connectivity to enable a suite of remote irrigation control capabilities.

“The module allows users to manage ACC2 controllers remotely via cellular connection, in addition to Wi-Fi and LAN options,” said David Shoup, senior product manager. “These capabilities reduce the need for costly and time-consuming site visits.”

With Centralus, users can receive SMS text alerts in the event of critical alarms, view complete alarm logs and flow histories in a web browser, and adjust, stop, or cancel programmed irrigation as required.

The A2C-LTE module is available now.
