Available as a free download to its customers, the patented MeasureGO app offers a digital approach to measuring pools for safety covers. The app leverages Apple’s native lidar Scanner (available in the iPhone Pro) to capture millions of measurement points to create a project point map. The user then walks around the pool selecting key points to define the pool’s perimeter and anchor points.

Like the flagship system — now renamed MeasurePRO — that focuses on more complex covers and in-ground liners, the new MeasureGO app decreases the need for multi-person crews at a pool site, allowing a single technician to capture precise measurements. Builders can more easily upload the project/data to Latham’s Builder Management Portal, enabling real-time drawings, accuracy verification and streamlined quote and order processing. Along with streamlining the measuring process, Measure helps dealers process orders faster — cutting manufacturing timelines from weeks to days. Considering the majority of safety covers are measured and ordered in a 90-day window, Latham MeasurePRO and now MeasureGO can provide Latham Pool Builders with a competitive edge, according to the company.
