Helena Chemical Co.’s new On Deck herbicide is intended to maintain turfgrass appearance with broadleaf weed control. The product is designed to control tough broadleaf weeds in a variety of environmental conditions with an advanced, concentrated formulation of dicamba and 2,4-D acids.
This dual-acid product features lower volatility and produces fewer odors, allowing it to be used in sensitive areas such as athletic fields, sod farms, roadways, industrial sites and residential areas.
On Deck minimizes spray application and mixing problems with a coformulated adjuvant system that works as a nonionic surfactant and water-conditioning agent. It’s designed to improve deposition, spreading and plant absorption, while reducing spray droplet bounce, evaporation and wash-off potential. With minimal odor, the coformulation system in On Deck eliminates the need for additional odor masking agents.
