LawnPro Partners, a platform focused on lawn care treatment, tree, shrub and pest control services, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquires LawnRx.
LawnRx, based in Latrobe, Pa., provides services to residential customers in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. The owner and president of LawnRx, Bruce Love, will remain with the company after the transaction.

The acquisition will expand the platform’s presence in Pennsylvania, representing the third acquisition in the state.

According to the company, HCI intends to invest in people, infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions for the LawnPro platform.
