The Harvest Group introduced a new peer group called the Harvesters’ Virtual Peer Group.
The group, meeting monthly via phone, provides business owners the opportunity to talk with peers in similar-sized companies about the everyday challenges of running a company.
Lead by Fred Haskett, The Harvesters’ Virtual Peer Group brings together groups of eight to 12 fellow contractor-related businesses from different geographic areas who:
- Are willing to share their time and experiences with others just like themselves;
- Do not compete but operate similar types of business; and
- Help each other in overcoming the challenges of operating, growing and building value and profitability in their companies.
It will help landscape owners answer the following questions:
- What’s stopping me from taking my business to the next level?
- Why do I feel so overwhelmed with the daily demands of one crisis after another?
- Why am I making money on paper, but I don’t have any left over at the end of the month?
