GIE+EXPO saw another record year in 2015, with more than 21,000 attendees, an 11 percent increase in registration over last year, 704 indoor exhibits and 120 outdoor exhibitors. The footprint of the show was 1.35 million square feet, more than 30 acres and the size of 27 football fields, making it the largest ever for this show.
Hardscape North America (HNA), co-located with GIE+EXPO, also had record attendance with a 4 percent increase over 2014. Like GIE+EXPO, HNA had the largest show ever, with 45 new exhibitors and exposure to more than 9,300 landscape and hardscape professionals.
Contractor registrations increased 11 percent, and attendance in the GIE+EXPO Workshops for lawn & landscape pros climbed more than 20 percent.
GIE+EXPO 2016 is set for Oct. 19-21, with the outdoor demo area open Oct. 20 and 21.
