Ferrandino & Son Inc., a Farmingdale, N.Y.-based company that offers such services as snow removal, landscaping, exterior maintenance, facility maintenance, and general contracting among others, has promoted Kevin Smith to chief operating officer.
“Kevin has a keen ability to understand the fluid dynamics of our industry, which is essential for our continued trajectory,” said company President Peter Ferrandino. “He is also astutely aware of the talent among our staff and where to position them so they can succeed personally and professionally, and help bring this company to the next level.”
Smith’s responsibilities will encompass every aspect of the company, including day-to-day operations, corporate strategy and growth initiatives. He previously served as the company’s vice president of operations.
