FD2B Talk Radio, a weekly Green Industry internet radio program, changed its name to Landscape Live!.
The news was announced in conjunction with the GIE+EXPO, being held in Louisville, Ky., Oct. 23-25. Landscape Live!, which airs every Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern, was hosted live from the trade show floor Oct. 23 at the Landscape Management booth.
For more than a year, Green Industry members have tuned into FD2B Talk Radio to get insights from their peers, consultants and suppliers. Host Jody Shilan, a landscape designer, consultant and LM columnist, launched the show in 2012 to focus on the design/build sector, but it quickly evolved to feature other aspects of the landscape industry, including landscape maintenance, irrigation, lawn care and snow and ice management. Guests have included Weed Man’s Jennifer Lemcke; Mike Rorie, former owner of GroundsMasters and CEO of GoiLawn; consultant Judy Guido and many more. The new name, conceptualized by co-host Gail Woollcott, reflects the broader content areas and audience. The show receives thousands of listeners per month, some live and some who tune in to the show’s on-demand archived versions.Landscape Management is a partner on the show, offering sponsorship opportunities to landscape and lawn care industry suppliers.
