Exmark has launched its first autonomous mower –– the Turf Tracer with XiQ. Designed to increase productivity and ease the labor issues many landscape contractors face, Turf Tracer with XiQ delivers reliable supervised autonomy.

XiQ technology integrates high-precision GNSS and RTK location technologies with ISO-certified radar detection to detect obstacles and prevent collisions. The mapping technology makes it easy to create and store property profiles, with each profile stored online for easy recall on any autonomous machine in a fleet. A mobile app is available for Android and iOS, which enables operators to store property maps and manage the autonomous fleet. The app also provides machine status updates in real time. The integrated safety system offers audible and visual alarms, and a full-color 4.3-inch display provides comprehensive machine status data without the need to open the app.

The 60-inch UltraCut Series 4 cutting deck delivers Exmark’s Signature cut quality, and the proven Turf Tracer chassis enables the mower to be run manually or autonomously. Powered by a Kohler Command Pro EFI ECV749 twin-cylinder engine, the Turf Tracer with XiQ features an electric ground drive system for precise mower control.
