STAMFORD, CONN.—Bruce Moore Jr. has been named vice president, operations, of Eastern Land Management (ELM) and is now responsible for all day-to-day activities at the commercial landscaping and design firm.
Moore, 28, joined the family-owned company in 2005 after earning a degree in business management from Curry College, Milton, Mass. During his tenure as an account manager, responsible for all client relations, enhancement sales and snow management in Fairfield County, ELM’s sales revenue tripled.
In 2010, Moore was promoted to director of ELM. In that role, he oversaw an in-season workforce of 40 employees. ELM’s current in-season workforce is 70 employees, and its annual revenues exceed $6 million. Its clients include Marcus Partners, Mack-Cali, RFR Realty, Sacred Heart University and SL Green. The company services 12 of the 25 biggest commercial office complexes in Fairfield County, as ranked by the Fairfield County Business Journal.
