Echo received a Dealers Choice Award in the handheld product category for its CS-590 Timber Wolf chainsaw.
The CS-590 Timber Wolf is Echo’s general-purpose saw. Available in 18” and 20” bar lengths, the CS-590 is powered by a 59.8cc professional-grade engine.
More than 1,000 lawn and garden power equipment dealers participated in the awards survey, which culminated at GIE+EXPO, voting on their favorite product in five categories:
- accessory/attachment;
- business management services;
- handheld;
- industrial/engine; and
- wheeled.
Power Equipment Trade solicited product nominations from GIE+EXPO exhibitors and selected up to five finalists in each category. Qualified dealers participated through an on-line ballot system and also voted in person at the show. Editor Dan Shell reports this year as being the largest ballot casting in the nine years of the survey.
