Duranta, an AI-powered software platform built for landscaping and green-industry businesses, unveiled a new feature that embeds secure payment links, covering credit cards, debit cards and other payment methods, directly inside customer invoices. The update gives landscapers a fast, professional way to get paid sooner and better manage cash flow through seasonal swings and unpredictable pay cycles.

“Landscapers tell us cash flow is make-or-break,” said Samuel Adeyemo, CEO of Duranta. “We’re delighted to help our customers get paid faster and keep more of the money that they make in their wallet.”

What differentiates Duranta’s payment process is how customized it is for a landscaper’s workflow and its low processing fees. With Duranta, users can easily convert a proposal or estimate into an invoice, choose a recurrence schedule if wanted and review an audit trail of the invoice, according to the company. Users can send these invoices via email or send a quick text to the customer with the embedded payment link.

“We fought hard to get our customers low processing fees” said Adeyemo. “With the cost of everything rising, we wanted this to be an all around great product for them.”

Highlights of the new feature include:

  • One-click checkout: Each invoice includes a unique, secure link that customers can pay through instantly — no portals or logins required.
  • Multiple ways to pay: Accept credit cards, debit cards and other options (such as popular digital wallets), all in a single, streamlined flow.
  • Faster funding, fewer hassles: Reduce follow-ups, eliminate paper checks and cut time-to-cash with automatic receipts and status tracking.
  • Low processing fees: Transparent, competitive rates help contractors keep more of every job — without hidden markups or monthly surprises.
  • Built for field teams: Mobile-ready links work on phones and tablets, so crews can send invoices and collect payment on-site or immediately after a job.

Cash flow challenges in landscaping are amplified by seasonality, uneven project schedules and material pre-purchases. By making it easy for customers to pay the moment an invoice arrives, Duranta aims to help owners close the gap between work completed and money in the bank — improving predictability, reducing admin load and freeing up capital for growth.

Invoice payment links are available today to all Duranta customers. Setup takes just a few minutes, and teams can start sending pay-enabled invoices immediately, according to the company.
