Davey Tree Expert Co. acquired LMS, a landscape firm in Houston. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Jeff Corcorran, owner of LMS, said he was drawn to Davey Tree because of its excellent reputation throughout the country.

Additionally, our clients can now benefit from more comprehensive service offerings, including our employees having access to the Davey Institute, an industry-leading diagnostic and research facility.”
The process was led by Peter J. Holton, managing director of Caber Hill Advisors.
