Davey Resource Group (DRG), a subsidiary of The Davey Tree Expert Company, promoted Sarah Halford to regional vice president, business support, utility asset management (UAM) and Clinton McFall to regional vice president, UAM.
“Sarah and Clinton have a unique ability to grow and develop people while creating operational and technical solutions that have been critical to UAM’s rapid growth,” said Scott Carlin, vice president and general manager, DRG, asset management services. “Their shared commitment to understanding operational, client and business needs has been key to developing targeted solutions that keep pace with a fast-growing utility industry. I’m looking forward to seeing what they’ll be able to accomplish in their new roles.”
Sarah Halford
Halford joined DRG in 2017 and has quickly built teams around talent development, operational finance and cashflow management. Her teams support field operations of more than 2,000 people in 41 states. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and a master’s degree in finance and marketing from Michigan State University. Halford is a member of Davey’s President’s Council, a rotating team of managers who meet semiannually for management development and to share ideas to improve the company.
Clinton McFall
McFall joined DRG in 2015, developing teams that are responsible for the data, technical and integrated systems that have been foundational to the team’s growth. McFall is responsible for building UAM’s strong industry relationships, integrating technical solutions and driving the investment in structured data systems that make UAM an industry leader in utility infrastructure solutions. McFall holds a bachelor’s degree in geographic information system (GIS) with a concentration in urban GIS from Kennesaw State University.
