Davey Resource Group (DRG), a subsidiary of The Davey Tree Expert Co., No. 2 on the 2024 LM150 List, acquired Riverine Systems and Riverine Solutions, commonly known as Riverine in Louisville, Ky., to its family of brands.
Since 2003, Riverine has provided wetland and stream restoration engineering and turnkey construction services, including specialties in engineering, geomorphology and ecology, to the eastern U.S.
The acquisition was made by Wetland Studies and Solutions Inc., (WSSI), a Davey company based in Gainesville, Va., with Riverine’s employees becoming part of WSSI.
