Heaviland Landscape Management, a commercial landscape installation and maintenance company in Southern California, helped create a new look for the Ocean Point Tech Center in Carlsbad, Calif. The exterior renovation at the 82,991 square-foot office space created improved walking paths, multiple outdoor seating areas, a drip irrigation system that uses recycled water and green areas with new turf and hedges. The company said Heaviland’s work will lead to increased property value and greater tenant satisfaction.
