Case Construction Equipment added the CX145D SR minimum-swing radius excavator to its D Series lineup.
According to the company, the CX145D SR was designed to provide ample digging and lifting power in a small footprint. It has an operating weight of 32,100 pounds and a 102 hp Tier 4 Final engine, as well as bucket digging forces up to 21,400-foot-pounds. The excavator does not have a diesel particulate filter (DPF) or DPF regeneration, the company added.
The excavator also boasts an electronically controlled hydraulic pump and larger control and solenoid valves, which were designed to increase lifting capabilities and improve responsiveness, the company said. Its options include a dozer blade configuration and either steel or rubber tracks.
The CX145D SR comes equipped with the company’s Intelligent Hydraulic System, which includes boom economy control, auto economy control, swing relief control and spool stroke control. The excavator also features auto power boost, which provides increased breakout forces in tough applications, as well as free swing for improved craning and a more spacious cab with a Bluetooth radio.
Finally, the CX145D SR comes available with an optional LED working light package, which includes six LED lights.
