Carson Landscape Industries, based in Sacramento, Calif., is preparing to open a new location in Rocklin, Calif., with a warehouse facility and around three acres of industrial property.
The 6,500-square-foot facility will be used for Carson Landscape’s landscape maintenance, landscape renovation and tree care divisions in the. The property is located two miles from its previously leased location.
“The property represents the confidence I have in the rejuvenation of the commercial real estate industry that’s slowly occurring throughout the Sacramento Valley,” said CEO Frank Carson. “This property will be an important asset to our company and will enable us to better serve our existing and growing portfolio of clients in the region.”
