Beary Landscaping, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners, acquired Seasonal Solutions and certain commercial landscaping assets from Suburban Landscaping. These strategic acquisitions plan to strengthen Beary’s position as a provider of recurring, commercial landscaping solutions throughout the Midwest. Beary has now completed three acquisitions since its partnership with Silver Oak in December 2023.
Seasonal Solutions, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Overland Park, Kan., is a provider of commercial landscape management and snow removal services across western Kansas. The company serves a wide range of commercial clients, including corporate campuses, retail centers and healthcare facilities, with a focus on recurring services. As part of the acquisition, Beary will retain Seasonal’s existing staff and brand.

Beary also acquired certain commercial landscaping assets from Suburban Landscaping, a long-standing provider of landscaping services in northwest Indiana. This acquisition expands Beary’s capabilities and extends its geographic presence in the Midwest
Beary Landscaping stated it is looking for additional acquisition opportunities.
