Beary Landscaping (“Beary”) acquired Sun Valley Landscape and Snow (“Sun Valley” or the “Company”). This strategic acquisition further strengthens Beary’s ability to deliver landscaping services throughout the Midwest.
Sun Valley is a provider of commercial landscape management and snow removal services throughout the Indianapolis metro market. The company serves a diverse set of commercial customers, including healthcare facilities, apartment complexes, HOAs, waste management facilities and more. Beary plans to retain Sun Valley’s existing staff and brand as part of the acquisition.
