Bunnell, Fla.-based commercial landscape firm Yellowstone Landscape Group has received financial backing from Brookside Mezzanine Partners, a Stamford, Conn.-based investment firm. Brookside provided subordinated debt to partially refinance Yellowstone’s debt. Yellowstone–which encompasses two subsidiary operations, Austin Outdoor and BIO Landscape & Maintenance–is an existing portfolio company of private-equity firm Gridiron Capital, based in New Canaan, Conn.
