Scotts LawnService, a business unit of the Scotts Miracle-Gro Co., agreed to acquire Action Pest Control, a residential pest control company based in Louisville, Ky., with operations in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois. Hunter promotes Kelsey Jacquard to product manger
