Atticus, a demand-driven manufacturer and marketer of chemistries for crop and non-crop professionals, hosted a webinar on Jan. 31 to dive deeper into the Atticus brand and how the company operates.
Founder and CEO Randy Canady took the wheel for their Atticus Media Engagement webinar, leading attendees through a variety of company topics such as the company’s purpose, its core competencies, a walk through many of their key team members and more.
“We appreciate the opportunity to tell our own story. We spend a lot of time with customers, competitors, suppliers or anyone in the industry talking about Atticus and telling who Atticus is,” Canady said at the start of the webinar.
Canady started the webinar with an overview of the company’s purpose, explaining the importance of aiming to do work that enhances the daily life of not just the people they work with, but the plants and animals that are impacted by the company.
“We want our team of (employees) … when they go home at the end of the day, and Atticus in their rearview mirror, we want them to go home with a sense of pride and accomplishment that their work matters,” Canady said in the webinar.
Canady also overviewed some of the specific labeling and design choices around the company. Logos for various departments and brands throughout the company, and even a specific name in the “SuCitta Warrior” title for dedicated employees, are designed to represent the company’s attention to detail and intent in the things that it does, according to Canady.
After discussing some of the company’s financial goals, brand overviews and more, the webinar closed by reciprocating the importance of transparency between business and customer, according to Atticus. Canady said by letting people know their business philosophies and how they think, it could hopefully make them a better resource for people in the future.
