Apelinc Landscape Services, a privately held commercial landscape company based in Newport Beach, Calif., has acquired Lucena Landscape and Maintenance of Escondido, Calif.
Apelinc provides eco-friendly landscape maintenance and upgrades, arbor service and irrigation control to commercial clients throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange County. This acquisition of Lucena will allow the business to expand coverage into San Diego, according to the company.
“Many of our clients have portfolios that span Southern California,” said Vic Apelian, president of Apelinc. “We’re excited to be able to provide complete coverage for those clients, and to reach new clients in the San Diego market.”
Apelinc said it will honor existing Lucena contracts, servicing those clients from its new San Diego branch office and has retained senior Lucena staff members Ralph Garcia and Mark Martin to run the San Diego branch.
