Aero Operating, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, acquired Lawn Butler, a Centerville, Utah-based landscaping and snow removal company; Groundtek of Central Florida, an Ocoee, Fla.-based landscaping company; and The Shepherd’s Landscaping, a Belleview, Fla.-based landscaping company.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Also, Aero Operating has rebranded as Outworx Group, representing the company’s full-service offerings focused on the exterior facilities maintenance market.
