Account Manager Master’s Series course heads to four cities

Envisor’s Ken Thomas is one of the leaders of the program.

The Aspire University Account Managers Master’s Program brings its two-day seminar to four U.S. cities in early 2016. The educational event, hosted by Aspire Software Co. and Envisor Consulting, costs $800 per person.

The seminar covers client communications and budgeting, upselling, service recovery and more. Envisor’s Ken Thomas and Bend Gandy and Aspire’s Kevin Kehoe lead the program.

The Account Managers Master’s Program visits the following cities:

  • Dallas (Jan. 20-21);
  • Nashville, Tenn. (Feb. 10-11);
  • Orlando, Fla. (Feb. 24-25); and
  • Portland, Ore. (March 9-10).

The seminars are a part of a larger yearlong curriculum including personal assessment tools and webinars.

The webinar topics include:

  • Extra Mile Service (April);
  • Upselling Enhancements/Salesmanship (May);
  • Service Recovery (June);
  • Property Site Walks/Quality Control (July);
  • Operational Efficiency (August)
  • KPIs/Measuring Success (September)
  • Time Management/Organizing Your Day (October); and
  • Summary and Review (November).

The full, yearlong program costs $2,900. It includes registration for two at one of the two-day seminars and full access to tools offered by the program. Additional seminar attendees cost $600.
