SiteOne Landscape Supply acquired Glen Allen Nursery in Richmond, Va. The acquisition is the company’s first in the Richmond area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Glen Allen launched in 2003 as a distributor of nursery products to landscape professionals. A request for additional information was not returned.
SiteOne, which went public in May, has recently completed the acquisitions of Blue Max Materials in North Carolina, Bissett in New York City and Hydro-Scape Products in California. In August, Black called the IPO “successful,” as it released its second quarter earnings report.
