Stihl added the professional FSA 90 R trimmer to Stihl KombiSystem line of products.
The FSA 90 R features a 15-inch cutting width, a built-in hanging slot for storage and a AutoCut 25-2 mowing head loaded with .095-inch Quiet Line.
According to the company, this cordless trimmer is great for professionals landscaping in noise-sensitive or exhaust emission-sensitive areas like school grounds, business districts or hospitals.
Its control handle includes an ecospeed throttle set wheel, allowing users to set the most effective throttle speed for a specific application and extend the amount of work done on a single charge, Stihl said.
“This trimmer makes life much easier for professional landscapers,” said Marv Mathwig, Stihl product manager. “It’s portable, lightweight at only 11.2 lbs. with the Stihl AP 180 lithium-ion battery, and there’s no motor or filter maintenance.”
