Corona released the all-steel Sharp Shooter shovel. Its weight, narrow blade and long handle are designed to help drive the tool into the ground, the company said.

The Sharp Shooter has two available models. The 78-inch AS 90100’s handle is 63.5 inches away from the flange and is covered with a non-slip vinyl sleeve. It comes with a steel end camp for tamping. The AS 90110 Sharp Shooter has a 29-inch welded steel D-Handle and an overall length of 42.5 inches.
Both shovels’ blades are made of 12-guage, sharpened steel angled for cutting or shaping holes, spading, planting and prying. They’re also built to fight dirt buildup and add strength through a closed blade design.
