Takeuchi added the TB210R to its compact excavator lineup. Features include a minimal tail swing design, a retractable undercarriage, a backfill blade that can go from 40.2-in. wide to 29.5-in. wide and a new foldable ROPS/TOPS canopy that can reduce the machine’s overall height.
Upgrades to the TB210R include pilot-operated joystick controls with an ISO/SAE control pattern change valve, selector valve and pilot accumulator. The TB210R also includes a selector valve for one-way and two-way auxiliary hydraulic flow, and the new pilot accumulator enables the operator to easily remove residual pressure from the auxiliary lines, Takeuchi says.
A new Kubota D722-E4B 3-cylinder engine powers the TB210R and delivers nearly 22 percent more hp than its predecessor, the TB108. The TB210R also features a two-year, 2,000-hour warranty.
The engine oil filter and dipstick can be accessed through a lockable access panel located below the operator’s seat, and a lockable swing-out panel provides access to the fuel fill and sight gauge, fuel filter with shut-off and the dual-element air cleaner. In addition, the rear engine hood opens overhead, providing access to the hydraulic tank and sight gauge, battery, coolant reserve tank, pattern change valve and one-way flow selector valve.
